Senior Role - In charge Asset Integrity - Mechanical

1. Mechanical Activities Ensure checking of DSR and inputs from Head HEMM

- Monitor the performance of equipment,machineries,engineers,supporting agencies, giving support to subordinates to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, identification of root cause of equipment failure and implementation of solution

- Perform prioritization of the jobs (preventive,predictive and breakdown notifications) and allocation for the same

- Overseeing the installation of automated control and monitoring systems.

- Monitor planning for spares & consumables, Monitor Condition of the equipments, Conduct tool box talks & provide safety instructions

- Analyze the failure analysis data,troubleshooting and solving problems through suitable agencies

- Mentoring and training subordinates with a strong focus on skills transfer.
