Senior Human Resource (12-15 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Put the company's talent and HR resources strategy into action.

- Provide guidance to HR generalist and other personnel as required.

- Review HR policies on a periodical basis.

- Handle disciplinary, proceedings termination and employee's related investigations.

- Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.

- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics.

- Create, implement and manage onboarding plans till exit formalities.

- Payroll processing.

- Identified KPIs for HR department.

- Plan and implement training programs.

- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.

- Maintaining employee records and paperwork.

- Taking care of events and employee engagement activities.

Experience : 10+ years' experience of working in HR department of a good company
