Senior Role - HRMS Project

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Temporary Project Team Member to actively contribute to the deployment of an HRMS (Human Resource Management System) project. The ideal candidate will possess strong project experience, particularly in HRMS deployments, and must have proficient Excel skills. Familiarity with Menaitech HRMS deployment is highly desirable.

- Responsibilities: Actively participate as a key team member in the HRMS deployment project, collaborating closely with the project manager and other team members to achieve project goals.

- Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage, organize, and analyze data relevant to the HRMS deployment, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.

- Support and Coordination: Assist in various project tasks, including but not limited to documentation, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and resource allocation under the guidance of the project manager.

- Quality Assurance Support: Contribute to quality checks, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting activities to ensure the smooth deployment of the HRMS system.

- Training Assistance: Support training sessions for end-users on the new HRMS system, helping and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a project team member in HRMS deployment projects.

- Proficient in MS Excel with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

- Experience with Menaitech HRMS deployment (highly desirable).

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage project challenges effectively

Education and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Prior experience in contributing to projects related to HRMS implementation or similar systems.
