Role : HR Transformation  Location : Gurgaon  Industry : MNC Financial Captive  About Client:  - Our client is a renowned MNC Financial Captive and a global leader in the industry. It employs around 7000 people globally with around 3000 employees in India.   Responsibilities :  Our client has initiated a global transformation process (change management) across all functions in the organization at a global level. This is a role is to design and lead the implementation of the HR Transformation and Strategy for the organization in India. The role entails working with senior leaders both in India and abroad.  - The incumbent will be responsible for both design and implementation with focus on transformation.  - Person should have relevant competencies of being able to map the current state, design for future and then implement the plan accordingly.  - There would be a lot of focus on organization design hence we require the right balance of HR domain knowledge as well as transformation experience.  - With Change management underway in the organization, the incumbent should have the ability to review the current HR strategy including processes in the current operating model and suggest innovative recommendations (design) and implement changes with buy in from stakeholders both within India and Global HQ.  Desired Candidate profile :  - 10 to 15 years of HR experience with strong experience in HR Transformation as a part of either working in captives or consulting or a mix of both   - Excellent communication skills with ability to manage relationships - both local and global stakeholders  - MBA HR  - Hands On individual as it is an Individual Contributor role  - In the initial period; person should be open to fair amount of international travel (short term) to Global HQ  - We are not looking at people who have only a HRBP experience - HR transformation role or a consulting experience background is mandatory for the position.
