Senior Role - HR Transformation & ERP Implementation - Consulting Firm

We are hiring for a leading Consulting Organization based at Delhi/NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Position : Sr. Role - HR Transformation (ERP Implementation)

- 13-17 yrs in HR transformation projects and implementation of HR ERP technology (Workday/ SAP, Success factor).

Role & Responsibilities :

- Involved in HR Transformation projects and provide suggestions wherever required.

- Will be handling client directly and helping them in providing suggestions for implementation of ERPs.

- Responsible for successful end to end delivery and management of large scale global projects.

- This role involves in-depth understanding of processes across various HCM modules and the ability to define various strategies

- Providing HR Transformation subject matter expertise to provide hands on guidance on projects, sales pursuits etc

- Deliver HR solutions to clients leveraging past domain experience

- Strong subject matter expert in either technical or functional concepts

- Transformation and Implementation of HCM ERP technologies e.g. Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, SAP.
