Behavioral Change Director Job Description This position would be focused on delivering Behavioral Change Management services for our clients within P&C Advisory. Behavioral Change Management is focused on helping clients successfully manage change in an environment that is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. This is achieved using methods-based, data-driven, tailored change solutions to increase the pace and certainty of successful organizational change. Key Accountabilities: The scope of this offering covers the entire lifecycle of a change program and candidate should have expertise across following areas: Manage delivery of overall change management plan integrated with project plan - Apply change architectures, models, and frameworks - Plan and drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, learning/training and adoption measurement - Carry out project communications re the impacts of the new processes/systems on internal & external parties - Conduct high level and detailed change impact assessment and translate impacts into change action plan - Actively assess business readiness to change and provide recommendations to program sponsors - Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and change agents across impacted client organization Qualifications and Experience: - Degree level qualification. - Recognized change management certification (PROSCI, APMG) is preferred - Change Management Methodology and Implementation (SAP preferred) - Communication methodology and implementation - Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions. - Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting. - Excellent coaching and relationship building skills. - Ability to meet extensive travel requirements:
