- Compensation and Benefits Management: End to end Annual increment review management (in/ out of cycle), supervise the payroll management, manage the performance bonus payout, review the salary benchmarking, harmonization of compensation structure
- Statutory Compliance management: responsible for all statutory compliances related to HR, manage the statutory audit for company and vendors along with legal consultants.
- Monitor and manage internal HRMS system/ dashboard management and database.
- HR operations: Outsource vendor management, Employee Insurance, overseeing complete lifecycle of Employee from joining to Exit process management.
- Policy designing implementation management: Integration of HR policies, improvising existing policies to meet business requirements, designing and implementing new policies.
- Designing Onboarding procedures/processes, Conducting Orientation/Induction programs for new joiners.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees;
- Resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
- Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same
