- Collaborate with HRBPs and cross-functional/regional Managers to identify key operational challenges and formulate a data-driven strategy to solve for it and promote system advocacy and adoption.
- Build intelligence and insights from data related to the employee lifecycle and analyze trends, enabling a more proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Lead a team of HR specialists to achieve operational excellence while encouraging the build of a strong team culture in alignment with our values.
- Providing accurate, consistent, and timely responses to employees and managers regarding local HR policies, HR life cycle processes and system questions or issues
- Supporting workforce administration processes, data input into our HRIS and other HR systems, and verification of required documentation on the designated HR employee life cycle activity, such as: enrolling new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and alterations in salary, personal data, job titles, supervisors and departments
- Updating personnel files and producing employment letters, and salary notifications, and other employment related documents as needed
- Completing on boarding and off-boarding activities including orientation, benefit and payroll systems input and reporting
- Responding to and troubleshooting employee and manager-related workforce transactions and issues
- Helping to support and test HR enhancement projects
- Provide reporting support both internally and externally
- Understanding and setting the objectives for the Human Resources department.
- Implementing and executing the company's policies and procedures.
- Modifying the Human resources budget as per the requirements.
- Guiding and consulting the HR Managers and other team members.
- Preparing detailed monthly reports on various HR costs.
- Overseeing HR databases and internal software.
- Maintaining and updating the employee benefits programs.
- Analyzing and monitoring HR performance metrics and KPIs.
- Suggesting new HR software based on the company's needs.
