HRBP- Senior role (Reports to Director HR)
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Leading the Diversity and Inclusion charter for the entire organization, subsequently owning initiatives on a global scale
- Building a great employer brand recognized for focus on talent
- Developing & implementing organizational development initiatives and employee engagement frameworks that encompasses all business units
- Ownership of talent charter by executing key HR practices (Eg. workforce planning, succession and retention planning, creating a high-performance culture, ensuring high employee engagement levels)
- Enable continuous learning and development of talent. Continuously upskilling the workforce capabilities specific to each business unit by focusing on skill gaps, new technologies and business priorities
- Understanding of power of culture and engagement as a tool for execution and retention
- Partnering effectively with Business Leaders on company objectives and collectively building a high performing team
- Bringing in best practices to build talent and drive success for enterprises
