Job Role :

- Hands on experience in Conceptualise and drive HR strategy aligned to Business Strategy.

- Contributed in Strat Plan and AOP through effective workforce planning.

- Complete Blue Print for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Activities for the organization including Manpower Planning & assisting the Business Head on Manpower Deployment Issues.

Performance management : Setting Key Objectives -Smart goals identification, Performance planning. Performance progress, performance review and Succession Planning.

- Partner with Business Leaders to drive performance and plan talent pipeline for their functions

- Address process/policy gaps basis employee engagement.

- Acted as a business partner to the India Business Unit. Led and coached business leaders through challenging and changing moments, and in the development of robust HR strategies and plans to support continued growth.

- Ensured accurate and up-to date country and market data are reported and provided as and when required for management decision-making and HR policy formation.
