HRBP Woman Leader
- Will be responsible for management of all functions in HR for the organization covering Business partnering & Operations.
- Must have proven experience in designing, driving and implementing organization-wide Talent management process including Talent acquisition, Talent development and Workforce deployment strategy.
- Must be well exposed to Compensation and Benefits process and programs
- Demonstrated ability in identifying recruiting needs; developing and executing best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Must be very well versed in the performance management process and must have significant experience working with the leadership to understand organizations goals and facilitate alignment across functions and businesses.
- Will be accountable for driving Leadership Development Programs and ensure the Succession planning for critical positions are in place.
- Must be capable of designing, developing and driving Subject Matter Experts (SME) Development.
- Will be responsible for developing and driving talent retention strategies for the organization.
- Must be capable of overseeing all HR initiatives and systems including HR Operations.
