Determine strategies to ensure the organization has adequate leadership bench strength and pipeline.
- Succession Planning :
Conduct succession planning exercise to ensure the next set of leaders identified and a robust development plan is in place.
Leadership development :
Manage the leadership development through appropriate interventions such as coaching, key training interventions, job rotations, shadowing, a creation of individual development plans, development of career paths, training delivery in diverse behavioral areas, assessment of training impact etc.
- Leadership development architecture :
Design leadership development architecture and create a talent pipeline including development and coaching.
- Competency framework :
Create functional competency framework and establish foundations for leadership assessment, leadership program delivery
