- Determine strategies to ensure the organization has adequate leadership bench strength and pipeline.
Succession Planning :
- Conduct succession planning exercise to ensure the next set of leaders identified and a robust development plan is in place.
Leadership development :
- Manage the leadership development through appropriate interventions such as coaching, key training interventions, job rotations, shadowing, creation of individual development plans, development of career paths, training delivery in diverse behavioral areas, assessment of training impact etc.
Leadership development architecture :
- Design leadership development architecture and create a talent pipeline including development and coaching.
Competency framework :
- Create functional competency framework and establish foundations for leadership assessment, leadership program delivery
