Senior Role - Finance/Profitability Improvement - FMCG

Role: Reporting into CFO for a 4000 Crore plus firm in FMCG

Overall Objective:

- Support the business in interpreting financial data and deriving appropriate actions

- Streamlining reporting and planning processes.

- Strategic solutions for improving profitability

Requirements:

- To improve profitability by way of improving working capital management across 5 businesses

- Drive Inventory reduction across multiple businesses

- Development of subordinates

- Stewardship of commercial policies - Alignment and Control across multiple businesses.

- Reduce exposure to bad debts across multiple businesses

- Control and monitor Advertising and sales promotion spends across multiple businesses

- Ability to deal and manage people downward to upward (CFO, Multiple CEOS, MD, R&D, Purchase, Supply chain, Operations across businesses)

- Strong business acumen and self driven

- Analytical and make sense from nonsense (through data)

Minimum experience :12 years

Maximum Experience : 18 years

CA + MBA Finance preferred
