Finance Controller - CA (Senior Position)

What You'll Need:

- Chartered Accountant with 7 to 15 years' experience.

- Must be hands-on in accounting and also manage a team of F&A professional

- Must have Prior experience in Fundraising, investor-facing, and Due diligence

- Should have worked with SAAS-based Technology companies or similar revenue business model companies.

- Good to have experience on Zoho, FP&A, Internal audit, AR, AP, and Revenue Assurance

- Good to have exposure to Ind AS

- Good to Have Exposure to direct and indirect Tax. Driving global compliance across India, the US and the Philippines.

- Strong analytical skills with Hands-on approach.

What You'll Do:

- Due Diligence, Accounting compliance, AR and AP management, Mis preparation, Financial Planning, and cost analysis

- Corporate Accounting, Regulatory, and Financial Reporting Audits.

- Management and control of Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable, fixed assets.

- Working and developing internal controls policies and procedures and SOPs.

- Working on improvement in accounting and reporting mechanisms.

- MIS preparation, Variance analysis, and other ad-hoc reporting.

- Responsible for coordinating with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and the completion of Audits.

- Developing a Revenue Assurance Framework and ensuring revenue leakages.
