Senior Role - Finance Analytics Management - BFSI

The FM&A team brings together analytics, P&L, and balance sheet & capital management under a single finance function.

- Drawing on the skills and capabilities in these functions; the tools developed; and connections with the business, treasury, risk and finance functions

- FM&A is able to provide broad-based commercial insights to Institutional stakeholders to support decision-making; educate and challenge; and influence outcomes in line with the Division's strategic goals.

- This role will be responsible for analysing and driving performance outcomes for the Institutional business.

- The role will draw on previous industry experience as well as a deep understanding of internal and external factors influencing business performance to ensure optimal allocation of resources is embedded in decision-making to improve returns and build on the strength and diversity of our portfolio.

- Key stakeholders of the role include Finance, Treasury and Risk leadership teams; as well as Heads of business units, Credit & Capital Management and Group FP&A.
