- Provide strong leadership to Finance, Accounts, Secretarial Function. Ensure high morale & good employee relations at all levels.

- Involvement in financial activities - information generation, analysis, P&L accountability, taxation

- Deal with other government officials

- Exposure of Investor Relations, Business Restructuring, Secretarial & Legal, Governance, Risk and Business Compliances, Audit, Compliances and Regulations.

- Handling Board Meetings, Committee meetings, General Meetings, Drafting, preparing, proof checking, printing, Annual Reports, handle General meetings,

- Responsible for fund raising for ongoing & future projects through banks / FI's. Raise term loans / working capital loans within stringent timelines,

- Preparation of financial plans & proposals to be submitted to the bank / lenders. Have good exposure on borrowing, restructuring, interest cost reduction etc.

- Responsible for internal auditing & reporting of the financial performance of the group

- Prepare annual audited financial statements, strategy, annual budget, MIS, variance analysis, cash flow, fund flow, ratios, etc

- Ensure timely submission of various MIS reports to the Promoters & assist them in decision making.

- Ensure compliance with various conditions stipulated under finance, legal, ROC,FEMA and others.

- Substantial Exposure in Establishing foreign subsidiaries and overseas offices.

- Audits of all Subsidiaries and preparation of Consolidated Accounts. Hands on managing all financial & accounting transactions related to all subsidiary.

- Responsible for assessments, audits, scrutiny with Income Tax, GST and other statutory authorities

- Participate in key strategic meetings with Senior Management of Banks & FI's

- Knowledge of FOREX management and hands on experience in use of hedging products, such as currency swaps, forward contracts and options.

- Exposure to SAP ERP is desirable.

- Computer skills with knowledge, MS Office, MS Excel essential

Education & Experience :

- CA with minimum 15 years of experience.

- Must be from Manufacturing, Engineering sector

- Must be at the leadership position managing a team of professionals.

- Fully conversant and hands-on on all matters related to financial jurisprudence.
