- Creation of organizational design and structure based on the organization strategy.

- Career architecture for the organization, deployment and change management of the role and career architecture

- Job creation, evaluation and competency architecture and frameworks.

- Create and maintain Competency Frameworks

- Competency mapping

- Career development frameworks - Design and execution.

- Career Management Architecture

- OD solutions and systems to improve effectiveness.
