- Origination, structuring and execution efforts for Debt transaction clients in Mid-Market segment. - Scoping and scanning the market on the pan-India basis for the origination of deals - Continuous engagement with internal relationship and coverage teams - Create deals across situations different kinds of debt placement - Developing pitches with financing solutions - Preparation of analytical material for internal credit underwriting and for external investors - cash flow models, information docket, etc - Working with internal teams for credit underwriting - Working with sales team and prospective investors for placement - Closure of deal including sanctions, documentation and disbursement - Working independently as well as supervising team members A successful candidate - Have worked into deal placement on the debt side or the equity side
