Senior - Estimation/Billing/Budgeting

We have an opening with a very well known Real estate firm. They are looking for a very senior role who has good experience in Estimation, Billing, Budgeting etc.

Location : Mumbai

Main Responsibilities :

- Project Cost Budgeting & Cost Monitoring, for large scale Real Estate developments, high rises & Mega Cities experience is preferred.

- Coordination with various design cells and the estimation package teams.

- Bench-marking of Cost, based on previous Projects.

- Review of Design development Packages and explore further need for Cost Optimization across various packages and Value Engineering options feasible.

- Ensure confirmation of adherence to various policies and norms, while preparation of Budgets & review of Design development Packages.

- Ensure timely and accurate Estimation for various trades, by the team.

- Periodic Preparation & Reviews of Cost to Complete Reports as per policy.

- Maintaining active communication with various departments like Design, Procurement & Construction Management.

- Appraising the Project Cost Status to the Management.

- To Implement Best Practices used in the Industry
