- Craft and lead a world class content and communications strategy that builds awareness and perception of the company. - Lead Generation, Thought Leadership, Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing would be key focus areas in descending order of priority - Build partnerships with key stakeholders (e.g. UN agencies, influencers, industry bodies etc.) in the ecosystem. - Drive and lead engagement with media partners including print and digital media. - Drive conferences, knowledge round tables, awards and events. - Partner with the sales team to create sales content, including white papers, case studies, presentations and collateral. - Iterate and articulate positioning, strategy and competitive differentiation. - Work with our PR firm to get us great coverage and participation at the right events. - Manage our online communications strategy, including engaging our key stakeholders through social media-Linkedin, Facebook, Instagramand Twitter. - Develop and oversee brand guidelines. - Motivate our top customers to becomeour brand ambassadors.
