- Based on the digitization charter defined for the business function engage closely with business on Key Digital Transformation programs by understanding the Business requirements
- Identification and selection of appropriate digital solutions, lead and deliver multiple digitization projects
- Manage the key program stake holder expectations and ensure adoption and benefit realization of Digitization projects of HR function with the objective of creating world class digital solutions that are aligned with improving business metrics.
