Senior Role - Digital Manufacturing Firm

We are looking for experienced candidates in the below.

Experience & Skills: Minimum of 7-15 years of experience of working with Metal & Natural Resources Clients or Industry

Must have :

- Experience in Operations, Maintenance or Quality Management

- Driven improvement initiatives pertaining to themes like Manufacturing cost reduction, OEE improvement or Sustainability enhancement

- Experience related to operational excellence projects (TPM/ TQM) or Digital transformation of a manufacturing facility

- Hands on experience managing EBITDA Uplifts projects

- Good understanding of factory automation and process control

- Good understanding of analysing financial statements like P&L statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, etc.

- Good understanding of Financial metrics of any organization and function

- Successful track-record managing deals with Clients in India
