Description :

- Provide the Chairman with Inputs required for making strategic decisions, gathered via Market research, Business Planning, Analysing financial data and ongoing Business performance and information shared by the Department Heads.

- A leading North India Developer with multiple developments across the Residential, Retail & Commercial Segment.

Job Description :

- Report directly to the Chairman

- Act as an intermediary between departments (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc.) and the Chairman's office

- Work with the team to develop future growth strategies, responsible for transactions, formulating organisation's business plan, new strategic initiatives, product planning, new project launches, sales strategy, market research, project monitoring, B2B transactions.

- Analyse company data and track competition to be able to provide solutions on improving cost efficiency and customer experience.

- Design, manage, and improve dashboards used by senior management, external partners and investors.

- Understanding of RERA related compliance

Profile :

- Work Experience of 5+ years in the Real Estate Industry in a Strategy/Valuation role

- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Excellent analytical capabilities

- Experience in using MS Excel & PPT

- Attentive to details

- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills

- Commited to the organisation's vision for the next couple of years
