We are hiring for a leading Manufacturing Organisation at Delhi/NCR.

Position: Sr. role in Corporate HR- ONLY FEMALES

Exp: 17- 20 years

Industry: Prefer candidates from Manufacturing/ Engineering industry

Role & Responsibilities :

- Development and implementation of HR activities/initiatives such as retention, engagement, employee relations, talent development, change management etc within the respective business unit.

- Will be responsible for Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Capability Development.

- Performing entire HR Operations inclusive of organizational development, payroll management, policy formation & implication, statutory compliance

- Statutory compliance and all the locations through routine reviews, meetings & mitigating risk by identifying non- compliance and taking timely actions

- Designing effective Contract Labor management for plants & other offices to standardized & maintain 100% compliance as per the Act.
