Senior Role - Corporate Finance - Real Estate

- Preparing & reviewing financial models for analyzing the financial viability of a land or project to evaluate the feasibility for its acquisition.

- Ability to analyze target land/projects financial viability based on accurate assumptions as well as inputs as provided by tea.

- Developing Valuation Report for the Management for assessing fair value of Business/New

- Proposals process by analyzing financial statements and assessment of Key Business process cycle.

- Review & monitor performance of the project and benchmark against business case at the time of project.
