Currently we are hiring for a top financial in Mumbai.

Role - Corporate communication

KRA's

1. Internal communication:

- Define internal Communication framework aligned with Business

- Manage & revitalize existing Communication channels of Town halls, Newsletters , Intranet , Digital TVs, Videos

- Create new channels , toll for Communication Podcasts , Blogs , Yammer etc

- Awareness to be created around key initiatives across CS & T and Ops functions

- Support to CEO & Leadership Team for Town hall speeches , Panel Discussions, Fire side Chats

2. External Communication

- Digital branding strategy : Create presence on Linked In & initiate SEO to start with

- Developing content and ensure regular posting and end to end management

- Attracting top talent through a robust Campus strategy

- Branding at colleges

- Create standardized presentations , AVs

- Merchandise SWAG

- Create Industry affiliation opportunities like participation in Tech Forums, Tech Events, Hackathons, White papers, Welnness sponsorship opportunities like Marathons.
