Vacancy Mid Management role - Corporate Brand Marketing for a leading Media Content House   Primary responsibility:   - Manage the impact of the brand on all relevant constituencies to maintain a favorable disposition towards the company.   Key Performance Areas:   1. Insights   - Having an up-to- date, comprehensive view on how the brand is perceived amongst key constituencies.   - Analyzing the perception and equity enjoyed across its key constituents on a regular basis.   2. Communication   - Creating approved annual branding calendars covering all relevant constituencies for the year.   - Creating and implementing an effective plan to address the perception of the brand among the key constituencies based on an up-to- date understanding of the change required in perception.   - Creating and managing a CRM plan, based on the specific outcomes desired.   - Managing and extracting the best out of external partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, PR companies and design agencies.   - Developing marketing literature, collateral, messages, videos and presentations, as required.   3. Consistency   - Be responsible for managing the consistent application of the brand's corporate identity across all interfaces and constituencies. This would include the use of our logo and all its key elements, the formats for written communication, presentations or even the language we use.   4. Resourcing   - Putting in place the necessary team which can function as a shared services unit for the business.   - Converting the plan into an efficient, dependable marketing budget.   5.
