Key Responsibilities:-
- To grow brand equity and build mind share lead.
- Create and execute brand strategy, architecture & a long term roadmap for the corporate brand.
- Act as the custodian of the corporate brand and ensure that the corporate brand identity is protected across various business verticals.
- Spearheading brand building activities by creating ATL & BTL assets as per agreed marketing calendar to drive brand equity
- Lead consumer, insight mining and communication researches
- Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management
- Responsible for managing the marketing budget and ensuring optimal channel mix & prioritization to deliver the best ROI
- Planning and execution of external and internal communication and engagement - organizing, coordinating and delivering content / channels
- Create and enhance agency and partner relationships
- Identify potential brand-building areas
- Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
- Develop Communication and Branding strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and commitment from all stakeholders
- Ensure communications and brand initiatives are accessible, timely, engaging for internal/external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:-
- Bachelors degree along with a Post Graduate degree in Advertising, Marketing or communications from Tier 1 Institute
- Possess a minimum 9 to 12 years of total relevant experience, preferably from FMCG
- Experience working closely with external agencies, as well as internally, across functions
- Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and the ability to multitask
- Ability to build relationships - internally and externally
- Exceptional communication skills- both oral and written
