Senior Role/Consultant - Recruitment - Technical Domain - IT

Streamlinity LLC is a Recruiting and Staffing company focused on helping high tech companies in the Bay Area, California identify and hire top talent. We do mostly consultant placements but also some full-time placements opportunistically

We are looking to build out a strong Tech recruiting and sourcing operation in India. Get in on the ground floor of this effort and grow along with us.

Requirements :

1) Prior experience at sourcing/recruiting for Tech Staffing companies or high-tech companies for at least 3 years.

2) Must have had expereince reaching out to working US-based Job-boards like Dice, Monster and LinkedIn as well as tools like Ceipal, JobDiva or equivalent as part of a Recruiting organization.

3) Proven creativity in going through unconventional challenges and referral networks to identify and close promising candidates (beyond just using job boards)

3) Experienced at reaching out to candidates and C2C partners to educate them on Streamlinity positions and get them excited to go through our tech screening process (which is a pre-requisite for submitting candidates to clients) and asking qualifying questions and negotiating rates.

4) Ability to work US hours with candidates (or at least 6 hours overlap with PST times

5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for reachout to candidates in US.

6) Ability to work independently, effectively and with urgency to close positions and candidates in a hot job market.

7) Prior experience with demonstrable results working remotely

8) Prior experience with staffing and sourcing candidates with cloud based software development (in technlogies like Java, React JS, Mobile, AWS, Azure, GCP in Dev, QA Automation and DevOps roles).

Desirable skills :

1) Experience as a team lead or as a mentor to junior recruiters

This posiiton has an attractive pay package with base and commissions based on performance. We are also looking primarily for folks who can work on a direct contract basis until we establish a formal India entity.
