Senior Role - Collateral Management - BFSI

The Collateral group is responsible for the OTC Margins, Exchange Margins, Repo margin, Portfolio Recons, Agreement Setup, Client Valuations and Global Initial Margins in line with EMIR and CFTC regulations. The group aims to ensure Credit risk is covered in with the FED Targets, CFTC, EMIR, etc. to minimize firm operational risk for all open trades.

Role:

Directly responsible for managing the Collateral Management team.

Efficiently manages assignments and prioritizes work load to ensure goals are met.

Develop and implements new processes/procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.

Collaborate across teams / functions / regions.

Skills:

10+ years of experience in collateral and margins background.

Should be an existing VP.
