We are looking for a Senior Client Acquisition/ Business Development professional who has prior work experience in the localization, content production industry and must have exposure to international sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships, and driving revenue growth through successful client acquisitions.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients, leveraging market insights and industry trends.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Provide regular reports, forecasts, and updates on client acquisition activities to senior management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

- 8 to 12 years in client acquisition, sales, or business development in localization industry.

- Strong negotiation, communication (English), and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage senior executives.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to acquire new clients.

- Experience in managing a team, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving performance.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation : Upto 30 LPA

Reporting into : Managing Director

Job Location : Noida
