Senior Role - Business Finance - International Market - Pharma

- Shall work on business planning, S&OP and budgeting exercise

- Planning to achieve revenue, marketing contribution and EBITDA analysis

- Champion specific projects to improve gross margin, optimize mix and explore pricing opportunities, identify and recommend rationalization of unprofitable SKUs / molecules/ partners

- Partnering with Business team in various discussion relating to agreement, financial model, term sheets, etc.

- Analyse and prepare the cost benefit view, NPV / IRR modelling if needed, for all new business initiatives / opportunities / development projects

- Work with costing team to update all financial performance with latest information and analyse product costs to support business decisions

- Collaborate with various BUs and functions to achieve key objectives and contribute towards business growth

- Partner with business & M&A team to evaluate inorganic acquisition opportunities, in licensing deals, etc.

- Prepare financial models under different scenarios & presentation decks with recommendations

- Support due diligence requirements

- Setup systems and processes for tracking budget

- Review term sheets/definitive agreements for selected opportunities
