CORE FUNCTIONS:
Lead value sales for the target accounts and generate target income.
Manages an assign target accounts to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
Have and develop robust network at the senior level of target accounts
Develop the target account management plans and get the approval from the peers and the sales director
Network with the senior decision makers (directors, VPs) at the target accounts
Performs value sales on target accounts and maximise the value of product and service in its offerings in consultation with sales director.
Provides weekly progress report and hold a weekly meeting with the sales director
Efficient coordination of global resources to speed up the value sales progress
Accurate targets and forecast for biweekly update of sales information
Reports directly to the sales director/regional manager
Supervision and Advising on major projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
A university degree in mechanical engineering is must
Minimum of 8 years of value sales experience in the Wind farm (and/or Wind turbine) industry sector
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
