Business Development and Sales - Russia

- Business development, especially establishing and overseeing the dealer network, development of and entry to Russian market with products of the organisation.

- Active sales, acquisition of new clients, especially key accounts.

- Customer care and service, presentation of products to clients and interested parties.

- Analysis of product and client information from marketing, sales and support, in order to identify necessary change or strategic redirection early and to forward the relevant information.

- Project planning of special missions under consideration of economic efficiency.

- Participation in planning and implementing sales supporting measures.

- Participation in exhibition and fairs.

- Introduction of the CO's portfolio to Russian market.

Special/ further Tasks : 

- Regular preparation of marketing reports about the sales region, especially about activities of competitors.

- Participation in the conceptual preparation of product presentations.

- Supporting the client in program instalment if necessary.

- Close co-operation with the executive management team, the branches and other areas relevant to the distribution.

- Additional tasks as issued by the management.

Reporting Duties : 

- Preparation of a weekly report stating all activities.

- Delivery of a qualified monthly forecast.

- Quarterly business-plan and cash-flow plan.

- The position directly reports to the executive management.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Experience in sales in Russian Market.

2. Very good command of the English & Russian language

3. Sales and process oriented and very structured in thinking and operation methods as well as a strong strategic understanding

4. Target oriented transformation of strategic considerations and concepts

5. Great ability to work in a team and an engagement and motivation above average
