Very Senior Position - Role - Business Development @ Mumbai

1. Should have business development / sales experience. should be capable of identifying properties having excellent development potential including city mapping, understanding the values of lands, rentals etc.

- Handle all issues conceding land buying / property acquisition.

- Well-versed with all Development Control Rules and regulations/Bye laws procedures for all liaison work for obtaining permissions/approvals and NOC's

2. Real Estate experience is mandatory.

3. Mathematical Genius.

4. Good with "Number Orientation"

5. Understanding knowledge about Mathematical Models. For example, Linear vs Non-linear, Static vs dynamic, etc.

Qualification : Any Graduate / PG - should be from Top Engineering Collages or Top B-School pass outs.
