Our Client is one of the leading Indian multinational Pharmaceutical companies focusing on R&D, manufacturing and marketing of Generic, OTC and nutraceutical products.
The major responsibilities of the job are as follows:
Deal making:
1. Opportunity identification: Identify strategic partnerships, collaborations, and licensing opportunities.
2. Work with internal stakeholders on opportunity evaluation, forecasting, go/ no go.
3. Drive external discussion on commercials and key term with consistent alignment with internal stakeholders.
4. Lead / participate: term sheet discussions, due diligence and contracting.
Alliance management:
1. Liaise with partner on ongoing basis regarding reporting, supply chain and other alliance aspects.
2. Keep track of alliance management forums and lead them effectively from Torrent viewpoint.
3. Conflict resolution.
4. Liaising with internal marketing and supply chain.
