We are retained by a leading consulting organization with a global presence to support them in their growth story. Our client specializes in talent management and career development solutions servicing fortune 500 organizations.

The role encompasses Sales & consulting delivery.

You will manage a comprehensive profile of business development as well as consulting delivery. With the help of a team, you will lead business development , account management effort and also drive the entire project execution which includes designing the solution, project management, team management, etc.

Location - Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore

CTC - 22-27 Lacs

We are looking for you, if you are:

a business development / consulting professional with min 12-15 years of experience in HR services industry (training & development / recruitment / talent management /career guidance etc).

Or a professional with corporate learning & development background but keen to make a shift to client management role Or an IT Sales professional handling HR related products / services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Exploring business leads resulting in a potential opportunity. To conceptualize complex proposals for new business by coordinating efforts of team members and assisting senior leaders in business development initiatives for successful conversions. [35%]

2. To deliver client engagements and projects by leveraging on Right's expertise to design and deliver solutions for clients in a timely and qualitative way, understanding stated and unstated client expectations and ensuring quality of output. To monitor and optimize project profitability through proper project planning, optimum utilization of resources and periodic project reviews [35%]

3. To groom and develop team members and consultants in terms of consulting practices as well as towards personal growth. [15%]

4. To liaise with existing clients in order to maintain and strengthen bonds resulting in stronger relationship and repeat business. [15%]
