Senior Role - Business Analytics - BFSI

- Ensure execution of all submissions within the agreed timelines and accuracy as specified in the SLA with Country or internally with any unit.

- Simplification, Rationalization and automation of MIS and BIU activities to ensure accuracy of reports and elimination of non value add / manual efforts.

- Upholding the values of the Group and Company at all times.

- Comply with Group / Country KYC Guidelines and adhere to the relevant Controls and Checks.

- Ensure team is adequately capacitized and manage the staffing requirements.

- Report units OR issues and losses to Function manager.

- Identify and report all exceptions on non compliance with standard controls.

- Identify and report all weaknesses inherent in the standard controls.

- Strong people management and responsible for performance management of the team.
