- Looking with experience into Practice side & not into Delivery

- Associate will be responsible for Heading the Applications Development and Integration Service which primarily includes

- Building the solutions/Frameworks that will delivers the key outcomes in terms cost, quality and Time to Market.

- Responsible to Drive automation aspects of ADI Service life cycle

- Own and win Proposals in the area of the ADI service

- Leading the customer interactions through impactful Presentations

- Excellent written and communication Skills

- P&L Responsibility

- Individual Contributor role - will be supported by Presales team

Person specification:

- Strong Technical solutions expertise in J2EE, Microsoft Technologies

- Strong Solution architecture and solution Design skills

- Minimum of 5 Years Presales Experience in Custom Applications development Space

- 10 Application development experience in Managing Large scale Projects

- Proven P&L Experience
