Senior Role - After Sales Service - Heavy Commercial Vehicles

We are looking for 14 years of experience in After sales service of Heavy commercial vehicles like trucks. The job location would be Pune.

The role would primarily involve:

1. Establish PAN India Supplier Network.

2. Development of Customer Care Process/systems & cutting edge Off-Product Services as Differentiators in Market Place.

3. Benchmark, Develop & implementation of Dealer Operating Standards & compliance for Sales & Service Infrastructure.

4. Secondary Channel Development to provide adequate Service Network availability.

5. Capturing of customer Voices by organizing events and activities.

6. New product performance tracking and comparative study with competitive products.

7. Review new product development efforts across categories of CVs and develop Design For Service

8. Ensure Service Readiness for New Product Launch.
