Senior Risk Analyst - BFSI/BPO/KPO/IT

- Form conclusions, summarize findings and make risk recommendations, such as - maintain as is and continue periodic reviews-, - secure and maintain the account, secure and exit the account, etc.

- Able to quickly and effectively evaluate financial documents to assess a company's risk profile.

- Meets with internal teams and directly with our external clients to discuss findings

- Builds and maintains statistical models to calculate risk values and introduce new pricing models to the organization

- Responsible for building and supporting financial and operational models to identify leading indicators of risk

- Participates in a full evaluation of business model to confirm existing known risk points and levels of risk across our client base

- Responsible for supporting planned periodic reviews of our existing base as well as the new client onboarding process

- Responsible for supporting ad hoc modeling and data mining tasks to support new risk based organizational initiatives

- Develops a practical understanding of the risk drivers and able to effectively articulate the defined attributes and how they impact the risk assessments.

- Write an effective, concise, clear, thoughtful risk analysis and recommendations; document into the system; and discuss findings and obtain concurrence from the risk specialist and/or compliance architect.

- Manage and maintain a database of review findings, risk analyses and sensitive credit information.

- Works closely with the cross functional teams to help ensure that our business decisions are financially disciplined and aligned with risk profile

- Tightly aligned with the Compliance and Product team in synthesizing the inputs and incorporating the structure into our larger product pricing model

Required / Minimum:

- 5+ years of experience in Risk Management role, Credit Risk Analysis, Financial Risk Analysis, Financial Statement Analysis, Business Modeling

- 5+ years leading the design, build, and operational support of risk-based models

- 2+ years of Commercial credit experience

- Strong data modeling skills and proven track record creating actionable frameworks

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
