Senior Rewards Analyst (Regional - Asia Pacific Zone)
Summary : This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Reward Analyst working in the Rewards center-of-excellence based in India (Gurgaon). You will be a subject matter expert on total rewards programs and processes in the Asia Pacific region. You will support the Rewards Director in contributing to the sustainability of a competitive Rewards function that is aligned to Global and Regional direction.
Key responsibilities :
- Act as the Total Rewards expert and provide insightful advice and guidance to the HRBPs on rewards related queries.
- Provide support in the annual review process, manage annual employees benefits and insurance plans and ensure accurate and timely rewards to employees.
- Support job evaluations of new roles and be able to recommend an appropriate job grade while balancing internal equity.
- Provide compensation and benefits benchmarking and analytics support to country HR teams in the region.
- Ability to manage Rewards projects independently with the guidance of the Rewards Director.
- Support Global Rewards processes as well as participate in pay surveys.
Ingredients for success :
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of specialization in Total Rewards in a MNC environment, preferably from the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficient with Microsoft office.
- Proficient in job evaluation methodologies (i.e. Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors system will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- A self driven individual who can work independently and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.
