Requirement:
- Should have proven experience in sourcing new logos in Fresher Hiring and onboarding clients for HTD to make sure our learners get placed in their dream job.
- Should have experience in understanding the IT/Tech industry and have basic knowledge on sourcing requirements from clients for Java Full stack/ software testers/ DA/ Business Intelligence/python and more.
- Should be able to convert cold contacts into deals. Should have great connections with IT service industry HRs from top 10 IT companies.
- Should be creative in approach to upsell services of the companies and should be a go-getter & target driven.
- Should have the knowledge to create/modify company presentations or create corporate decks.
- Should have a flair for online BD / Sales.
- Last but not least, someone who can build a Sales Organization and draw a clear road map for the company's growth.
- Team player. Working closely with the training team on rejection reasons and to make sure all learners are equipped to crack interviews.
