Senior Research Executive - Consumer Experience - MR Firm

Position Overview:

As a senior research executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through implementation of consumer research projects. Company is a leading provider of experience management (CX/CSAT measurement) solutions, serving clients across various industries globally. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for understanding the research needs of our clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective research solutions. that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Along with managers, serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

- Implementation of research solutions for clients: Designing questionnaires as per client business needs

- Consultative Solutioning: Utilize your analysis skills and expertise to provide insights and recommendations to clients, aligning company offerings with their strategic objectives.

- Act like a CX consultant to clients and helping them to improve their customer experience

- Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that deliverables are met within agreed timelines and quality standards. Monitor project progress and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

- A good understanding of Market research (1 - 2 years in agency side) . Experience in CX research will be a plus.

- Proven experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Consumer Research specialist, Customer Experience Specialist, or Retail panel analytics, Home Panel analytics similar.

- Any exposure to an experience management tool like Qualtrics, Medallia will be a plus. (Not mandatory)
