We are currently recruiting for a Senior Strategy Consulting Associate to work on management consulting projects for high-profile companies and executives across Europe and North America. You will be directly working with the clients and presenting your work to the client executive team from day one!

Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and market dynamics.

- Market Research: Conduct market assessments, customer segmentation, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.

- Financial Modelling and Analysis: Perform financial statement analysis, including but not limited to revenue analysis, cost structure assessment, and profitability evaluation.

- Data Interpretation: Gather and interpret complex financial and operational data to provide insights and actionable recommendations to the consulting team and clients.

- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities associated with M&A activities and investment decisions.

- Due Diligence Reporting: Prepare clear and concise due diligence reports, highlighting findings, and presenting recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Project Management: Support the execution of consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Management / Strategy Consulting, Market research, and Finance (Auditing). Previous experience in financial analysis, due diligence, or management consulting is preferred. Recent graduates with relevant internships will also be considered.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling.

- Communication: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely.

- Detail-oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all analyses and reports.

- Team Player: A collaborative attitude, thriving in a team-based environment while also being able to work independently.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing project requirements.

Tools knowledge required

- Proficiency in various tools is essential to efficiently and effectively conduct research, analysis, and develop strategic recommendations.

- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is crucial for data analysis, report creation, and presentation development.
