Senior Research Analyst - Automotive/Transportation/OEM Sector

One of the executive search consulting firms is looking to hire research professional with 3 to 5 years of secondary research experience in Automotive/Transportation/OEM sector. They are hiring for Gurgaon location.

Crux Of the role :

- Herein, one will be closely working with their consulting teams based globally on Industry specific, talent research related mandates and would be responsible for providing live research support related to mapping companies, talent pipelining etc

- Understanding/ Experience of GLOBAL 'Automotive/ Automobile & Transportation' industry

- Should be currently involved in a Research, Analysis, Strategy, Insights generation, Consulting, Industry expert type of a role

- Comfortable in an Individual contributor role + keen on Talent Domain

- The Senior Analyst will leverage his/her deep domain knowledge and external network to drive C-level/senior candidate recommendations and/or mid-level candidate development.

- This individual will also proactively drive business development opportunities given his/her intimacy with market trends and company insights.

- The Senior Analyst will build, or have built, an external network of industry or functional sources and experts that they can tap into to drive client solutions. The Senior Analyst is expected to function autonomously as required.

- However, the Segment and Practice researchers and consultants work collectively as a team for candidate idea generation, references and client assignment work.

- This role will be visible to clients and will be expected to help develop key account strategies.

- As an experienced hire, this individual is expected to lead by example and act as an informal mentor and coach to other researchers he/she works with throughout the organization. This is an individual contributor role however there will be extensive collaboration with global colleagues on projects.

- Execute Global assignment research for client projects determined by the Segment Leader and the Global Practice Specialist

- Demonstrate excellent research expertise and build in-depth knowledge of key markets and talent pools

- Leveraging firm and individual knowledge / experience to act as a thought partner in the start-up phase of the search process, including setting expectations / -confirming next steps

Salary range: 7 - 10 LPA
