Job Description - Managing the space for the country in the Financial Technology space

Description

The responsibilities will include:

- Creating audio and video content and work across social media platforms to produce multimedia content, well researched, accurate, timely, informative and engaging content covering a wide range of banking technology subjects

- Interview leading banking technology players and attend and report on industry events

- Contribute and commission features for monthly print magazine and supplements

- Represent brand at international events, conducting interviews with senior CEOs, CMOs and CTOs. Reporting on international conferences

- Co-manage social media platforms and maintain website, uploading online content

Profile

A successful candidate comes with

6-12 years of strong work experience which must include:

- At least 3-4 recent years of work at a leading and/or similar publication

- At least 3-8 recent years of work within the overall Fintech or Financial Services space

- Past work at a similar B2B publication would be preferred

- Degree from a leading university in journalism or economics is a must 

- Strong writing, editing, and proof-reading skills

- Strong audio and video capabilities

- Thorough research skills and an ability to build expertise quickly
