EVP: - Exceptional opportunity to work with one of the oldest and one of the most successful financial houses of India Qualifications : - MBA from a reputed Business School with specialization in Finance OR any Financial Post Graduation Work Experience (highlight) : - Professional within the Mutual Fund industry with at least 5-7 years of experience in Retail sales & Business Development Core Purpose of the Role : - Responsibilities for Sales and relationship management with set of Intermediaries /distributors mapped - Responsible for promoting our Funds and capabilities to distributors as suitable, to be able to analyze the asset allocation of distributors to customize the approach in accordance for focused selling. - Visibility with the distributors through calls, 1-on-1 meeting, regular dissemination of marketing material (Fact sheets, Brochures), mailers, group meetings with distributors RM/clients of distributors - Responsible for Distributor Servicing for the assigned distributors - Should be sensitive to the needs of distributors in term of Product Updates, Query resolution and ensure proper follow up etc. - Take steps for development of long term relationship/association with the key/potential distributors in order to generate repetitive business - Gather market intelligence and find out the strategies to counter competition in the market - Create brand awareness by organizing events, conferences, product sessions for distributors for top-of-the-mind recall - Ensuring that the distributors are trained on all products and operational procedures and informed on the Regulatory fee on regular basis Talent Attribute : - Excellent sales & analytical ability - Comprehensive understanding of the Mutual Markets and products - Strong networking skill and relationship management - Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
