Senior Relationship Manager - NRI Segment - BFSI (5-12 yrs)

- Senior NRI Relationship Manager is one of the key positions in the bank. He/she is primarily responsible for providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of the NRI customers and ensure value added customer service. He/ she is responsible for increasing liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing NRI customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet.
- He/ She reviews the inflows and outflows in the mapped NRI accounts and also proactively tracks NRI visits to India. NRI RM is expected to be in close contact with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various product offerings.
- NRI RM also generates new sales leads for NRI customers through referrals from existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats of shipping companies, Overseas branches, etc. He/ She is also involved in increasing customer engagement through cross - selling Investment Products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Gold Coins, etc. and other non Investment Products like Forex, Remittances, Loans, etc. to new and existing customers.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- HNW Portfolio Management
- Identify existing branch customers who meet Preferred program criteria and flag them on the system to upgrade these customers under the program
- Acquire new customers who meet product criteria and flag them on the system
- Regularly interact with the customer to build rapport and understand the profile.
- Achieving MTD and YTD Revenue Targets
- Enhance the value/book size of the given portfolio
- Achieving Top Line targets for various products like LI, MF etc.
- Operations, Marketing & Processes
- Monitoring Inward Remittances, FCY Chq Realization
- Contact 15 unique customers daily for sales calls
- Update CRM with Purpose of Call, Discussion Happened, Outcome of call and next follow up date
- Update any Event-Based Triggers (EBTs)
- Update any portfolio client-related process like LTR etc
- Handling Service Request for NR HNW clients
- Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts
- Follow all NR Desk related processes
- Product Penetration & contribution towards focused product
- Ensure that an optimal level of Income generating Product Group Holding (IPGH) is reached. Enhance client's CTG level and Ensure that the Customer Group profitability is achieved
Customer Service :
- Customer Services: Ensure quality customer service is delivered. All customer queries and complaints to be resolved the same day. Ensure the customer is informed about any regulatory or process change. Keep the customer updated on program features.
- Complaint Management: To ensure all queries and complaints are resolved within the bank specified TAT
